Our Shipping Policy
Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Free Shipping: US buyers experience free shipping! If you're located outside of the United States, it is a 8.99 FLAT shipping rate and FREE shipping over $25. Shipping usually takes anywhere from 7-15 days!

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at christandcrossshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will send a replacement out to you immediately at no extra charge.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information hasn't been updated in 15 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if deemed lost, we will issue a full refund or a replacement. Also, check with neighbors or your local post office first, as many 'lost' packages are simply mis-delivered nearby.
Items Arriving in Multiple Packages: To get your orders to you as quickly as possible, items may be shipped from different warehouses locations. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Please do not be alarmed if you receive one part of your order before the others!
Multiple Tracking Numbers:
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may split your order into multiple shipments. If this happens, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email including a unique tracking number for each package. You will not be charged extra shipping for these split shipments. So check for multiple tracking numbers.
